Our villa is situated on the foot of the green mountains in Gocek, known as the turkish St-tropez. 2km,15 min walking, from the harbours and the lovely center and our catamaran Kalamazoo... Splendid views of the green Pines, Olive-trees, flowers around Gocek and the mountains. A little bit sea-view too... and every moment you can enjoy the sunshine, from morning till the evening, the garden and swimmingpool are sun-orientated.
The white stylish, airconditioned villa is 200m² on a plot of 400m². Private swimming-pool of 9m X 5m ! living of 40m², dining-room with openplan kitchen of 36m² with 2 terraces. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master-bedroom with ensuite bathroom includes a jacousi and terrace on the top-floor, Bedroom-2 include ensuite bathroom with shower and terras, Bedroom-3 and -4 have a common bathroom and have direct access to the garden. Because of the plot, the house is designed in four half floors with an open plan, which offers a hudghe spacy feeling with the stairs in the middle of the villa
Kitchen : Hob with 3 gas and 1 electr plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with inside deepfreezer, coffee-perculator, hotwater-maker, mixers, blender, egg-coocker, toaster, table-grill, friteuse, bread-machine, BBQ. You name it, we have it !
Living : sitting-room with 2 big longchairs which can be transformed to an extra sleeping-space for 2. Sat-TV, flatscreen-lcd, DVD, Homecinema which can play your own H-pod's your USB's...
Bedroom-1 : garderobe, toilet-table, double bed ensuite bathroom with lavabo, jacousi, shower and toilet, lockers and a big balcony with a little bit sea-view.
Bedroom-2 : 2 beds which can be put together if wanted, garderobe, ensuite bathroom with lavabo, shower and toilet, lockers. also a balcony towards the sea..
Bedroom-3 and -4 : 2 beds which can be put together if wanted, garderobe. Room-3 has direct access to the garden. The bathroom is between the two rooms and has a lavabo, shower and toilet, lockers and contains also the washing-machine.
Garden : The garden has all kind of little trees and flowers, also lemon-trees and olive-trees, oleander, bourgainville-flowers. Near the living is made a 40m²-terras and the swimming-pool, which is private to our villa. This measures 9 X 5 m ! On the terrace we have a lot of sitting-space and longchairs. The maintenance of the swimming-pool and the garden and the cleaning inside are included.
Misselanious : You need a car ? You need Scooters, bikes, bicycles, boat-trips, diving-trips, touristic tours, the shoppings as well ? You name it, we organise it ! You have holiday !
